Who we are

What data we process
We only process the data you give us yourself via the quote form, by email, phone or WhatsApp: your name, email address, phone number, town or address and the content of your message.
Why we process this data
We use your data to contact you, assess your request, prepare a quote, carry out an assignment and meet our legal record-keeping obligations.
Legal basis
Processing takes place on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract or steps prior to it, and where applicable a legal obligation or legitimate interest.
How long we keep data
We do not keep your data longer than necessary. Requests that do not lead to an assignment are kept for a maximum of two years. Data in our financial records are kept for seven years, in line with the legal retention obligation.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. We only share data with parties needed for our services, such as our hosting provider, the form processor and email provider, and only as far as necessary. Where required, data processing agreements are in place with these parties.
Cookies
By default this website only places functional cookies needed for the site to work properly. Cookies for statistics or marketing are only placed with your explicit consent via the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via Cookie settings in the footer; the cookies concerned are then removed. Read more in our cookie policy.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and transfer your data, and you can object to processing or have it restricted. Send a request to francis@francischristian.nl. We respond within four weeks.
Complaints
If you disagree with the way we handle your data, you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful processing. The website uses a secure connection (SSL).
