Bespoke furniture
Unique pieces, made for your interior
At Francis Christian we have been making furniture to measure since 2006. A table, sideboard, bench or cabinet that fits your space exactly and suits the way you live. Every design is an interplay of craftsmanship and design: stylish, well thought out and with an eye for detail.
We think along about the type of wood, dimensions and finish, and make everything ourselves in the workshop in Enkhuizen. That way you get a piece that is not only functional, but also a real eye-catcher in your interior.
Part of Living: furniture and cabinets that fit your home exactly, designed around your space and the way you use it.

Designed around your space
Furniture from a shop comes in standard sizes. Bespoke furniture starts with your space: the width of the wall, the height of the windowsill, the position of the socket and the way you will use the cabinet or table. We draw the design around that.
Type of wood and finish
We work with solid wood and high-quality panel materials. Together we choose the type of wood, colour and finish that suit the rest of your interior, from light oak to a dark tone.
What we make
- Dining tables and coffee tables
- Sideboards and TV units
- Benches and seating
- Cabinets and chests of drawers
Questions about bespoke furniture
Yes. A sketch, photo or inspiration image is a fine starting point. We translate it into a design that fits your space.
We decide that per project. We work with solid wood and high-quality panel materials and advise on what suits the use and the look.
That depends on the design and the workshop schedule. The quote states an expected delivery time.
